The Palestinian-Israeli Pulse is a joint poll conducted by the Tami Steinmetz Center for Peace Research (TSC), Tel Aviv University and the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (PCPSR) in Ramallah, with funding from the European Union (EU), the Netherlands Representative Office in Ramallah, and the UNDP office on behalf of the Representative Office of Japan to Palestine. The survey tracks attitudes towards the two-state solution, conflict negotiations and the items of a future agreement, as well as strategic incentives for strengthening support for an agreement.
