"Jewish Response to Trump" panel at Limmud Joburg

In this closing session at Limmud Johannesburg, four speakers (David Benkof, Simon Gordon, Rabbi Shmuly Yanklowitz, and Dahlia Scheindlin). Moderated by Benji Shulman, the panel explored Trump's real attitude toward Israel, suggested two ways of thinking about Trump and the Holocaust, looked at "fake news" through the lens of what truth means after all, and debated whether and how helping "the most vulnerable" is a Jewish trait that today's Republicans fail to live up to.
