The 2013 Israeli election cycle brought new parties and politicians into the public eye, promising fresh agendas and a new era in Israeli politics. Following the election, these politicians and parties broke old alliances and formed new ones, changing the Israeli political landscape. This panel will examine the opportunities these new dynamics present; whether political conditions in Israel have, in fact, fundamentally changed; and the implications for Israeli domestic politics and the prospects for peace.
